  I can't say enough positive things in this small post - the studio is top notch , the space is fabulous and every single class I've taken , and it's quite a lot , are taught by well trained instructors who take care and attention to each and every student . If you're serious about mind and body transformation you need to join MY PILATES STUDIO

  I was looking for a place I could do Pilates reformer classes and I am so happy I found My Pilates Studio. Nikki is amazing!! The instructors are very knowledgeable and well trained. The classes are a fantastic workout. ..different and challenging every time.

  I love my Pilates' classes!! Admittedly, it isn't always what I want to do, but I am always glad after! All the teachers are great, but Susan is my super-hero!! Nikki is a pleasure to work with and is very accommodating. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!
