  I really, really wanted to like this place since it is located within walking distance of both my work and home. I feel bad giving a poor review, but I think it’s fair to warn others of the service you might receive. I went in to get a full set of acrylics for the first time in my life, so admittedly, I didn’t know all the details I should expect. I was surprised how rough she was with my natural nails! I understand they need to be buffed and filed before applying tips, but they way she handled my hands was actually unpleasant. She proceeded to be very careless in the way she cut my natural nails before continuing, leaving all sorts of jagged, uneven edges. I showed her a photo of nails that had a tapered “square oval” shape, and communicating to her what I wanted (even AFTER showing her the picture) was unnecessarily difficult. Fortunately, once she was done, I was thrilled with how beautiful they were! They were strong, shiny, natural-looking, and (mostly) even. She proceeded to charge me $40 for the full set and gel, when her price list above added the two up to be $35. What? Then things took a turn for the worse. I work in service, so I’m constantly using my hands in a variety of ways. This led to me breaking a single nail, so of course, I returned to My My. I was appalled at how she handled the break. I probably should have said something - but she cut my singular exposed natural nail before reapplying a new acrylic one. I was planning to stop wearing acrylics after this, and now my nails will be uneven... bummer. She was EXTREMELY sloppy with the nail liquid and powder. It looked like a weird-shaped bulb sitting on my finger. She also made the nail too long. I asked her to shorten it, she told me “later”, and then forgot all about it. Lastly, when I got home, I noticed she used a nail that was LARGER than any other of my fingers. It looked trashy and out-of-place to me. Oh, and she charged me $10.00 to replace a SINGLE NAIL because I forgot to bring cash. Maybe some people have good experiences here, but I certainly didn’t. Taking business elsewhere.

  I came here because I saw the $5.99 eyebrow wax promotion on their banner outside. I walked inside and asked about the promotion, and they said it's not still valid and it actually costs $8. When I objected to the false advertising, they then agreed to do the wax for $6. After I tried paying with my credit card, she told me it's a $10 minimum. I didn't have cash or my debit card on me and she wouldn't let me pay an extra dollar for the transaction fee. So, I decided to get a Polish change on my toes. The Polish change price was advertised as $6, but she said it was $8 for toes. That was annoying but I agreed. And after that, she tried charging me a dollar extra for a transaction fee. I objected and eventually she gave in. And the last nickel and diming trick was that she tried charging me an extra dollar for the cheap plastic shoes they give you for your shoes to dry in. Overall, if you're looking for good customer service, I would not recommend this place based off the customer service. But if you're looking for a cheap place to get nails/waxing, and don't mind being nickel and dimed, then I'd say go ahead. To be fair, they did do a good job on both the waxing and my toes, but the experience was not great.

  Woman at desk either manager or owner is obnoxious!! I've been here few times thinking she must of had a bad day but it's just her! If you come in & there's a possibility she can up sale a service, especially if you ask 1st & don't get the service, she will NOT STOP talking, if you think she'll stop, she won't. I cannot believe anyone would hire her, awful to guests & shop always empty. Employee who works w/her is quiet, polar opposites. Honestly the only reason they stay in business are their prices, usually $3 less then surrounding salons. Experience you'll never forget!!☹️

  Great service, the ladies did amazing on my fingers and toes! I did the no light gel, mani and pedi for only $30. They gave a great foot massage, and helped us find new restaurants to try. All for a great price!! And they have good massage chairs. :)

  Fast, efficient, reasonably priced. They barely say much and leave you to relax in peace. The only reason they didn't get a five star rating is because the towels and inside of the business in general is a bit dingy-looking like it's old/overused. The incense was a nice touch.
