  Horrible. Every time I went in, I had a different doctor look at me. One doctor requested blood work every time I saw him and he gave me different information then another doctor...I would wait 1-2 hours before being seen. The only beneficial appointment I had was a OB-GYN type appointment.

  Even with an appointment they have walk ins go ahead of you. I waited over a hour to be seen. It’s always like this. My son now does house calls. They make you do an appointment for every refill to get more money. At least with house calls you are not waiting forever but if you make an appointment at the location they should be somewhat on time. I watched 5 people walk out today. I also saw multiple people that were walk ins get taken back before me. They need to have one provider do walk ins and one do appointments. If not enough appointments then they help with walk ins. It’s not rocket science. Update 2/19. Gave it another shot as I had to. Same thing.

  Walk in I went on a Friday afternoon. The wait was over 2 hours. The receptionist should have given me an idea of how long the wait was because that is a lot of time, most people would go somewhere else or just come back. Doctor visit took another 45min to an hour for something very basic. If I come back here it'll only be as an appointment.

  Have this doctors office a second chance and it wasn't as bad as it was the first time I reviewed it. The wait time (with appointment) haven't been terrible and there doctors are helpful. I'm addition we saved a trip to the ER as they were able to complete a breathing treatment on site.

  If I could give this clinic zero stars I would. This clinic will lie to get your money. They didn't even check my vitals. I came in with spider bite and no even looked at it. This place should be shut down. Are there not people that regulate these facilities in the state of Arizona? Dr. Sally Hartzel not only made me feel like I was wasting her time but also walked put of the room in a middle of a conversation. Never looked at spider bite
