  Don't waste your time with this clown...spouting racist conspiracy bs...ironically he's in on record store day designed to keep these stores in business but it would be better ,in this case, if he wasn't in business! Asked a price on an lp and had to listen to a whole bs rave up about how great the condition was...this place has a horrible negative vibe...my experience mirrors the other "1s" given. A must to avoid!

  ...Go there and have something revealed to you. CD's, vinyl etc...take some time and get to to know the owner. He's cool.

  I wish there was an option to give no stars because thats how horrible our experience was. I went in with my mom and brother on our day off because we love record shoping we go quite frequently and have visted many stores in the area. For starters the store is in complete disarray, which I could totally look past if it was for the fact the the old man running the place yells at you when you look through certain boxes because he “hasnt sorted or bought them yet.” That being said nothing is priced so he makes up his own prices which are ridiculous for old used records. Mid transaction he changed the price of the records on my mother to way more than he originally quoted. He is overall rude and disrespectful even if you ask a simple question, and honestly thats not how you make sales. Its a shame because there are so many undiscovered gems in the store but they either “arent for sale yet” or they are burried. There are plently of other record stores in the area with wonderful customer service and appropriate pricing like Kiam records in Nyack, NY for example. We will not be returning and I encourage anyone else thinking of visiting to not waste your time and money.

  The owner is clearly mentally ill and shouldn't be licensed to own a library card let alone a business. He's rude, ungrateful and blatantly disrespectful to his customers. Do yourself a favor and visit the plenty of other great record stores in NYC. Not worth the headache

  Was fun. Played stuff in the store that made music-related conversation strike up. When the guy in there noticed I had a printed list in my hand, he suggested he take a look, and made my search not only easier, but seemed to commend my taste. Was able to tell a few of the things on it were possibly out of print, and my search elsewhere might also be difficult. Managed to connect me with a few of the items on my list, and without it cleaning out my pocket.
