  After a walk through the city with my family I decided to stop at this cafe for lunch and a coffee. My daughter needed to use the restroom and I asked the lady at the front if it would be okay for me to walk her in to the restroom before we order. She was disgustingly rude and I immediately stepped out. The building is also wheelchair inaccessible. My eldest followed the wheelchair signs to no avail with my one year old all while I was berated for asking to use the restroom.

  They should change the girl at the cash register with short hair, she's rude, racist, in a bad mood anyway, she's useless... it's just my humble opinion

  We went to purchase tickets for the tour, but they were sold out! Be sure to get there early! Friendly staff but no restrooms at the store!

  This gift store is totally unique and has stuff you can only purchase here. A lot of jfk memorabilia. Apparently they have an in-house design team above the gift shop. In comparison to other reviews I didn’t experience any rudeness from any of the staff. The place was busy, however stuff here isn’t cheap. However it’s a positive way to support this museum.
