  I was 160 last year and now I'm 124! I have the option to train everyday and some days twice a day so I never feel bad when I miss a class! Sensei Edson and Sensei Mark are super patient and male class really fun, and push hard enough that I walk out feeling proud and a champ! I love Bjj and judo because of them and everyone else is super friendly. There are a mix of guys and girls some people who show up to train for tournaments and some people who just like to roll because they love bjj.

  The best judo dojo, very dedicated to his students, excellent family atmosphere and kids learn a lot, build self confidence in a safe environment, my 8 y.o. son is a student here for more than a year and is like the first day and always wants to come back to class

  The best Judo & Brazilian jiu jitsu Dojo in NYC area. Sensei edson Carvalho is 6th Dan in Judo 7th Dan BJJ.
