  The workers there are very knowledgeable and willing to help answer questions. Good selection of new and used equipment as well as rentals.

  Awesome staff. I came in to buy a steadycam for my camera. The guy spent almost an hour helping me rig it for my particular needs. Went above and beyond , great customer service and I love my new gadget!

  DO NOT go here!!! TERRIBLE customer service. I had two different salespeople be rude to me even though I am a friendly person. One was the female employee. They charged me for pixilated photos when they looked completely normal from my Apple computer at home. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I got home that most of them were pixilated. Then I went back to the store to get help. The woman wasn’t very helpful and was argumentative, negative, and rude. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it was enough for me to grab my stuff and take my business elsewhere!

  Great first experience! Super friendly people! They started speaking to me as soon as I got in the door! That's that stuff I do like!
