  There very lazy. Maintenance are lazy work take months to get done. I lived there for 7 yrs. I had to get me an my child out of there.

  Very nasty people their commissioner is offense and rude. She despises children with mental illnesses and wishes they stop enrolling into the community summer camps. I urge you to protect your children from Whol community, as they don't respect our rights as parents and they crush our children's spirits.
