My mother has been gone since 2015 here it is three years later and the have yet to put her grave marker down it was pre paid since 2006 in full. I have called with no one to answer my calls or return any calls .i think it a dishonor to my deceased mother to go un marked and un concerned with by moore.

I showed up at my grandparents plot to find out that I could not pull the vase out. So I called before they closed and the young lady told me someone was going to come out and help me. I waited 30 minutes and called back to be told they were now closed. That meant no one was going to be able to come help me. If they would have told me in the beginning I would not have been so upset. But for them to say someone would help and they LIED..... They had my number and name to contact me at any time to let me know something.... Update I want to thank Allen one of the managers at Moore he resolved my problem and then he stepped up and make me a VERY happy granddaughter...

If you are considering this funeral home to help you through one of the most difficult times in your life, please read my review and choose another place! My father passed away this Feb, and because a lot of families from the Vietnamese community have had their loved ones' services here, we were given the contact info of Lien, one of the assistants/ Vietnamese liaison there. From the very start, I was completely turned off by her demeanor, there was no compassion or empathy, and seemed more like a money grab for her commission. We felt pressured to sign the contract while my dad was in hospice, because there was a 20% discount before he died. What in the world? Why does that even matter? At one point, my husband asked if there was a number to call the funeral home once my dad passes, and she had the nerve to tell us once we sign the contract, she'll provide the number. Awful. Nevertheless, against better judgement, we signed the contract. No one wants to shop around during a time like this. When we showed up for the wake, my dad looked terrible, bruises everywhere on his arms and discoloration on his face. I had to ask them to reapply makeup twice. Just what I want to see before my dad is laid to rest. THE WORST PART: The Cremation Let me be fair, and say that for the most part, the wake and funeral went fine. However, after the funeral, we came back to the crematory and it was utter chaos. The hearst pulled up, and the funeral director did not even know which side of the coffin was supposed to go in first and made that comment out loud. He did not show us into the observation room (which we were shown the night before and told that family could go in there while immediate family could go into the crematory to say goodbye and press the button). The opened up my dad's casket right in front of everyone to put him on the conveyor belt. Everyone was in utter shock at how callous and heartless at how they were manhandling my father's body. NO respect whatsoever. While I was trying to usher family and friends into the observation room, he had my mom push the button! I only ran back in time to see one final glimpse of my dad. HORRIFIC. I don't even know how these people can work in this industry being so terribly unprofessional, utterly disorganized, and with a total lack of empathy. I can understand there might've been confusion due to the amount of people there, but as the DIRECTOR, you can address the main point of contact, ME, and allow us to regroup and prepare for these final moments. AFTER: I called to complain about what happened during the cremation and wanted to make sure that this NEVER happens to another family. The funeral director apologized and said he would talk to his manager, but I never got a call or email or anything from upper mgt. We forgot a candleholder at the wake, left another msg, ALSO never returned my call. A friend sent a beautiful arrangement, LOST, never made it into my father's wake. I wrote several emails after requesting additional death certificates. Take a guess? NOT A WORD FROM THEM. Why is that? Because the already took $11k from me and don't need anything else. This place is a scam!

Very impressed with Moore Funeral Home... We had to plan my mom's funeral on a Tues. morning for a Wed. afternoon viewing and funeral. The funeral director really accommodated our request for a one-day turnaround when they had availability. They were very flexible allowing us to customize our package. On the day of the viewing and funeral service, they had the programs, thank you cards, and other printed materials ready on such short notice. They set up the flowers that were delivered. We were running late cleaning up over 30 mins. after the funeral and the 2 attendants assigned to our funeral were very patient with us as they helped with loading our vehicles. We were very pleased with the staff and the South Chapel. It was very spacious with a large reception area and its own restrooms. It was a great way to honor mom and celebrate her life.

The facilities here are extraordinary, really lovely chapels, waiting areas, and even a catering option on site. A location should ultimately be judged by its people, however, and we were not comfortable with the service we received. It took hours longer than it should have for a simple contract signature, with errors that needed to be corrected and a credit card machine that was down. The staff were at turns comforting but also flippant, with some describing their own personal lives with alarming detail. If it we're up to me, I would choose a different facility next time despite the beautiful exterior.
