  This bank is the damn worst!! It’s always an excuse as to why they so damn slow!! THEY NEED TO HIRE RELIABLE WORKERS.

  This place need to be shut down and everyone fired. There is no communication between staff and even us the customers. I spent 3 hours here and they keep telling me I have to go to one department or the other and that my number will be called which it never was because the teller never put my number in to the other department so I basically wasted 3 hours and didn't get anything done. If this was my job I would have been fired for the horrible customer service and lack of professionalism these people these people displayed. To make matters worse all I wanted to do is reopen an account that's it. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Machines are always out .. the wait time is always long whenever I go there . It’s disgusting the staff is rude and unprofessional. The only reason why I visit this location it’s convenient to home

  Machines are never working, inside service is long and dragged out. You would think you were at the dmv..slow. no sense of time. It's unfortunate this is the only branch close to me. Have recently been thinking of changing institutions because of all the hassles. Ps..the atm machine took my deposit money, had to wait 7 days for them to update my account.the atm machines are owned and serviced by a different company. So I had to wait until they came out and investigated. Don't bother trying the one I Yonkers. It's the same routine.

  Went there today to get a new card and the service was very quick. I was surprised at how quickly everything was done. Everyone that I encountered was respectful and professional.
