  Always on point no long delays.This office is faster than Queens and Elmont offices...They do everything in regards to working with you.

  Went to opened 2 youth account with my kids and waited for 40 minutes for service. The bank associate whom I believed was the manger had poor customer service. He didn't assists my kids to deposit their funds on that day. Poor experience for the kids and I was disappointed entirely.

  I have been a MCU member for approx 25 yrs.I have felt more like FAMILY than a client since I've began banking at the Long Beach branch. In this decade length of time,I have done business with the most amazing people employed there especially that of MR. FULLER! A respectful & professional man whom EVERY time addresses me with a Hello,Ms. Murphy What an amazing feeling to know that MCU will forever be my banking institution. Thank you for having me.
