  Hands down, the worst bank on the island!! Because there is only one branch in Staten Island, they take absolute advantage of their consumers. They will have you waiting for 25 minutes just to make a deposit!!! Horrible customer service and the workers look annoyed that you’re entering the bank. If I could give negative stars I would. I’m only with this bank because of my job. If you can, stay away!

  As an mcu me member,it would be better if mcu would consider another branch on forest ave,near pathmark,or over at shoprite supermarket.we need at least two more branches on staten Island!!!!!......

  The tellers need to be trained. Very unfriendly and rude. City workers need to have more than one credit union. MCU needs to compete with at least another one credit union, these will make them tighten their loose ends. I don't think they care because the have over 20 thousands or more customers.

  Been a customer for over 22 years... good place to do my banking for direct deposit and such... hours are very good... BUT.!! The Tellers are for the most part horrible... they never smile or say hello or your welcome, after I say thank you. When I ask a question it's like pulling teeth. There is ONLY 1 teller that is extremely nice. I don't know her name but she never works at the Teller's section. She has a desk and handles problems with accounts. She ALWAYS WILL GO OUT OF HER way to help me... ALWAYS.!! So, when I have an issue or problem I wait to see her and her alone. Sad.!! That the majority of people that work here need a refresher course in assisting customers. Sorry..... but that is the situation here at MCU.

  Great credit union. Friendly helpfull staff. Limited hours. Great Rates
