::High prices, fair mechanics. I came in to have wiring going to a shift solenoid repaired, and they were able to take care of me the same day. However, they forgot to plug back in an oxygen sensor they unplugged during the repair and left grease marks on top of the hood. One of the mechanics also showed me that the shop often used crimp connectors rather than solder for electrical connections (fortunately they chose to solder for my repair). I was quoted a $65 diagnostic fee that would go toward repairs and a $115/hr labor rate. The service writer told me they would need to use jumper wires and bypass a circuit on a phone call beforehand to authorize the repair which would cost $166. However, the mechanic said he knew the connector going to the solenoid was the most likely issue after the repair (which was as simple as cutting the connector out and wiring directly to the solenoid).

::These guys are really good! Took care of my transmission in one day when I was passing through Fort Worth on my business trip and my tranny broke. I got to their shop on Friday morning! And you know, Friday means short day, no way parts can be delivered that fast, and job can’t be done till Monday or Tuesday. But no, these guys made it happen. They understood my problem being on a trip from out of town and getting stuck half way on the way back home on Friday. I got really lucky braking down on I-35, just a few miles from their shop. So you can only imagine how helpful it was to be back on the road and spend my weekend with my family. The front guy Phil explained the repairs need to be done on my truck, pricing and all very clear. Owner was super nice and helpful as well. His wife happened to be there too and even gave me a ride to Arlington where I was able to spend time with some friends in the area. That is a 5 star service all the way in my books. I’ll recommend this shop any time. If you are looking for transmission work to be done on your car or truck, these guys are what you need. You’ll be in the good hands.

::First Google review because my experience was that good. Multistate Transmissions was great to me. Phil worked to get exactly what my truck needed. My Silverado transmission went out, but it isn’t stock. He worked with me to choose parts to include and upgrade to match my exact uses for my truck. I would recommend working with this shop to anyone. Very positive experience and willing to answer any and all questions I had. 5-star service center, right here in Fort Worth!
