  I have been working with MMI for almost 5 and half years and couldn't be happier with the company. Upper management will go above and beyond. The training program is great and study materials are provided to techs who are planning on taking their registry. Highly recommend working for MMI.

  They will ask you to leave your current job to train with them full time, they will have many others doing the same and at the end will only hire 1-2 people out of 4-6 people, the rest they will let go without caring. And if you had a full time job prior they will not care. If you have a job, and you are comfortable in it, please do not leave it for MMI. Trust me and if you do get hired, the protocol and the paperwork is not worth it. There is so much stress, its unbelievable. They need to realize they are as replaceable as "we" are.

  My wife got hired and all paperwork for employment was signed. Schedule was given to her with the start date. She quit her previous job to join them and on the joining date they told her that they r not able to accommodate her at this point. Now she is jobless.
