  I wish I could give this place no stars. I wanted to purchase a trident because my younger brother just recently graduated. I was all excited to purchase one. When I walked in I asked if she had any sterling silver tridents available. Not only did the employee or owner, whoever she was, rudely tell me she doesn't make them, she stated that it was quite disrespectful to wear them in silver because it disrespects the trident all together...I didn't even know what to say. Never going back here again and I encourage anyone who is thinking about entering this store to not. It is one thing to explain that you dont have or make certain pieces, its another to judge me on my choice of jewelry when frankly she doesn't even know what she's talking about. Horrible service, horrible store.

  Renee is the greatest. She knows all there is to know about jewels and gems and gold and the rest. If you are looking for a special gift or treat for yourself, she either has it or will find it for you.

  The quality of work here is Great. The customer service is awesome and this is where I found the best wedding ring for my wife. Its a family owned business that I put my trust in for what ever my needs may be. My watch, rings, or other jewelry always gets serviced here and will not take them any where else. I recommend Muhl Jewelers to everyone who likes great customer service and quality jewelry. I bought my rings to last a lifetime and I know for a lifetime Muhl jewelers will service my family.
