  Come on my people we have to do better. Your food must be good that must be why you're still in business but chu man the service must be better. The space is nice and clean good atmosphere. In spite of less than positive word of mouth about the spot from family and friends I came to try to get a meal but disappointedly left empty handed and hungry because the time waiting in line and then to prepare the food was just unreal (40 mins.+). I am thinking about giving Ms Muffin Man another try. Hope I'll be pleasantly surprised. SUGGESTION: Hire one somebody to help take orders and serve customers for 3 hours or so during the busy time. The benefit and increased business will make it well worth it.

  I love this place but the service is terrible, i dont mean the people its just that the owner is cutting corners and is taking orders, bagging orders and sometimes it seems as if she is cooking also. I really hate to give this a three star but as good as the food is she needs more people so things can move faster.

  This place has great food however the counter service is not impressive and very cold.. The prices are to-to expensive and they could compensate the prices with the service if they were smart! I decided to visit again during the summer because I enjoyed the food. It was pleasantly surprised by a warm greeting, “You go Muffin Man!”

  I love Caribbean food and the Muffin Man does not disappoint! Great food, wonderful mega muffin assortment, pleasant staff, a little pricey for the local carryout but overall it's worth the cost. You have to try their Bob Marley wings😋!

  Best Caribbean Food in the area hands-down! I usually don't write reviews, but their curry chick/goat and jerk wings are off the hook. I live in Bowie, and on occasion work from home just so I can go there to pick up a meal; always fresh and delicious. Yes, they are closed on weekends and close early during the week, but my experiences when I have been have been great!
