  I brought my wife in because she was having problems with her gallbladder and in a lot of pain. The administered her morphine and some other medication to stem the pain. Emergency was great and the staff very pleasant. However once she was placed in the general office everything changed. Getting a room took 3 hours, every doctor had a different medical opinion. Tests were repeated and took forever to do. We actually had to scold them. Except for Dr Velar all the other Doctors were rude and did not have any definitive answer to what should be done and what time frame. After every doctor or nurse visit their reply was maybe tomorrow or three to four days wait. Are you kidding me? Go to University of Miami or South Miami hospitals instead. It's better to drive 1 hour than to sit days and nothing get done. After the 2nd day of just sitting around we just left with our test results and went to South Miami Hospital
