  So awesome there. I have gone with a group that we support. They are very encouraging there and really pump you up, and play upbeat music and do count downs so we feel like its easier to get thru it, knowing we're so close to completion. Its versatile and been different the 3 times I've attended. I love the different reps and it keeps it from getting boring. Believe me, I really feel it in muscles I never knew I had. The owner is so kind and inspirational

  Great place to workout. Very talented coaches that have great programming. They incorporate stretching in the warm ups and have up to date equipment. Gym is clean and lots of friendly people. Do a drop in and see for yourself!

  I'm proud to say I call this box home. I have been lifting here since the first month Mt. Sinai CrossFit opened. The coaching is phenomenal, they really spend the time to break down the lifts as well as motivate you to push to your limits. Classes are challenging but also personalized to your goals as an athlete. The facilities are great with plenty of equipment for everyone. Sean, Jon, and Danny you guys have really created a gem. If you haven't stopped in for a wod I highly encourage it. You won't be disappointed.

  I'm a competitive hockey player - looking to play Division I Hockey - and always wanted to find a gym that would make me a better player and improve my overall fitness. I came here and did just that in such a short period of time. If anyone wants to change their life and be surrounded by positive people who will support and encourage you I demand that you come here ASAP. The gym is clean, the coaches are beyond great, the equipment is brand new and the utmost of care is taken to keep it that way.
