::I try to schedule a appointment due to the virus and every time I try calling it’s a busy line or the phone just keeps ringing, looks like I’m switching banks

::Just left the Peoples bank on boston ave. I was very appreciative of the service Pierre had given me during my interaction there. Very helpful and patient with each customer. Great experience thanks again!

::They got to do something with the card reader already! I can't ever get access to the freaking ATM because they never fix that card reader at the door.

::This Boston Avenue branch is terrific. Priscilla is the best Peoples United employee I’ve dealt with since I first opened an account at 15 years old. I am as of May 2016 was hospitalized with double bacterial pneumonia and in respiratory distress. 2 drs decided to give 2 (never to be given together for ANY reason). They gave the 2 meds to me every 4 hours for 12 days. My Central Nervous System slowly started shutting down. When I was discharged I couldn’t feel anything except neuropathy issues in my entire right leg from hip to toes. Someone, a PA in a drs office who I see every month September 2nd Friday diagnosed me within a few minutes by reading reports. By the end of July I had brain damage issues, lost 90% of my sense of balance. I couldn’t walk at all. She gave me a 6 month supply of a new med specifically formulated for Polyneuropathy. It helped in some ways quite well and in other ways a little bit. As of October 13th I was allowed to walk with a cane short distances (from my room to my bathroom. That night I about 2am (there was plenty of light as my husband put on every night when it was dusk right before dark. I took it SLOW made it halfway into the bathroom and there was a quarter sized amount of water that I couldn’t see, my cane slid away and I fell breaking my right leg in 3 places from right below my kneecap down to my ankle. I also broke my ankle and my foot (in 2 places) and split my head also. No surgery could help. Was in a Cam Boot Cast that’s removable to clean my leg, ankle and foot. My adult daughter comes over every other day to bathe me in bed and wash my hair with no rinse shampoo. My son lives with me and is up every night until 2-4 am. He leaves for work at. 11:20am and gets home at 6:30pm. I lost my beloved husband and soulmate and father of our “kids” 6 & 1/2 weeks ago suddenly and unexpectedly 3:59am on a Sunday wee morning hours. I was awake Thank God. We fell in love at first sight on June 10, 1980 (I was 19). We married on May 21, 1982. Off track due to brain damage so sorry. We stopped on the 10/19 at Boston Avenue branch to make a small deposit and that’s when we found out the the woman from my regularly used branch set up the account as far as removing my deeply missed husband’s name, info etc and adding my daughter. We both told the woman I had only 6 checks left and desperately wanted to keep 1 or 2 of the ones with my husband’s name on them. On 10/19 in this branch Kendy told my daughter that the order was never submitted (by pressing 1 key on her computer. He ordered them expedited, but since my maiden name has been on my checks (spelled out right before my married last name) for many years, my daughter didn’t ask if my maiden name was spelled out. I gave the woman at my regular bank one of my coveted last 6 checks so there would be no errors. When the checks arrived my name had a middle initial and not my maiden name. I called and Priscilla guided me telling me to come see her ASAP with ID or Social Security card with proof of name. She’s so kind and helpful. I have to get my wheelchair brought back by my daughter so my high school best friend can put it in his car to take me to the bank by tomorrow at the latest. This will from 10/19 until my last breath be my primary branch. This branch has the BEST employees I’ve been to since 1975. I completely and with complete honesty, HIGHLY recommend this branch. Sorry for the book length review to all who read it. God bless.
