::Meh. - Update: Now has text-based two-factor authentication. Previously didn't. - Terrible interest rates. - The first time I went to this location, all their computer systems were down and continued to be down for days because their local server was so broken that it was making loud grinding sounds that sounded like construction was going on. Edited review: I was grouchy about limits on bank-to-bank transfers, but apparently I was mistaken and transfer limits are the norm for fraud protection.

::This particular M&T bank is very weird. I called and was Immediately placed on hold for 10 min. I was just trying to find out if I could get change. The rep that answered the phone asked if I had an account with them. I do have an account with them so I said yes. I was asked if I got change from then before and I answered yes again. Then I was told I could come in but honestly she wasn’t sure if I could get change. I’m low stress so I’m not driving there to stand in line to go back and forth with a bank about getting change and still possibly walk away without any.

::Had a very unpleasant encounter at the bank on 7/14/2020 will not be using M&T anymore asap i will slowly withdraw my funds and find a bank who tellers treat their customers with care and truly inform them on bank policy i was treated like a criminal or a suspected one and really couldn't have been at a worse time
