  If i could give this bank zero stars I would. They have no customer service skills. Every time I have entered this bank they have not been kind. I feel as though they might be racist. They are cold, and make you feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. My family and I have banked with them for years and I kept this bank because there was one close to my University. However it has gotten to the point where we will all be switching to a different bank.

  It seems the employees' minds are always somewhere else rather than at the customer in front of them. There is a creepy guy at the loan department that checks you out when you come in this branch. Definitely made feel not welcome at all. Need to improve their customer skills.

  What do you mean you can't find the loan in the computer? I just paid it off and want my release of lein. Three weeks later I finally got it. They gave me aggravation.
