  When they were my bank I had no complaints except having to pay for the first set of checks which every other bank I've gotten for free but the manager fixed the fees and took them off also got a $150 bonus for opening my account with DD but that was last summer.

  I went to this abomination that one would call a bank at approximately 10:20 a.m. When i entered the "bank", the employees were very rude and unprofessional in my opinion, as no one greeted me. Instead, a young lady of fair complexion and her hair pressed out straight (whom I'm assuming to be a supervisor of some sort), and a young man of a much darker complexion, looked at me as if something funny was just said and smirked in my face! I ignored them, though their level of maturity (or lack tbereof) offended me deeply, and I proceeded to stand in line. I waited in line for what seemed to be almost an eternity, all the while the same young lady and young man took turns peeking at me in a conspicuous manner. This made me feel awkward and as if they were implying that I could be a danger, and that i was there potentially to rob the bank. As a customer of this bank for five years, I would expect to be treated better than I was today. In actuality, EVERYONE who enters this bank (whether they have an account or not) deserves to feel like their service is wanted when they come in. I am going to start the process of finding another bank to bank with.
