  I went there on about 6 occasions in a space of two years total. To say this place is GHETTO is an understatement, more like a hung out place, one Paula, can do no wrong and is a small God, whom, the staff fear and who insults her customers, puts them down, takes no orders or even the time to listen. I was almost physically attacked while with my toddler son because I asked her to lay tracks for my entire hair piece, she was in a rush to take care of another client and was abusive and belligerent. She will literally stop and gossip while chemical is in your head and has bipolar tendencies.the hair when done looks good but will all fall out in a weeks time. Paula, you are a disgrace to hard working black women and make us fail to support black owned woman business.. Go there at your own RISK.

  Very unprofessional and terrible service. I made an appt a over a week in advance, yet waited in the rain for over an hour and Paula never showed up or called me to cancel and no one answered the salon phone. Two hours later I got a call from the salon telling me they apologize they opened late and will see me right away. When I got there Paula wasn't even there. It was a bait and switch with a rookie stylist named Unique who did a terrible job on my hair leaving it burnt and greasy. Biggest waste of money I ever spent. I called again at a later date to make an appt with Paula so she could redeem herself. Instead I got someone rude on the phone saying Paula wouldn't be available due to a birthday party. I will never waste my time on these people again. Their website has a lot false advertising about good customer service. Also, the salon permanently smells of weed. It's small and stuffy and I can't believe they're still even in business.

  Best customer service, all jokes and always make you feel welcome even if it's your first time there.Also you will always walk out looking beautiful.
