  If I could give no stars I would! I order flowers all the time and I have never had such a terrible experience! Do not use this flower gallery. I usually use local florist because I like to promote small businesses but this is bad business. I ordered same day delivery in the morning and then called about 1:30 to make sure the flowers were going to be delivered. The person on the phone was very unprofessional and I could barely hear or understand them. I called my recipient around 7 and the flowers had still not been delivered! I called and left a message asking them to remove the charge from my card. About an hour or so later the flowers were delivered and they looked like they were picked up from a grocery store (like food lion) and delivered! They look horrible and I’m so dissatisfied! I will never use this place again and after this experience I will be going back to 1-800-flowers!
