  Tony was great! The cookies were fantastic as well!!! What a perfect way to start our Chicago visit!!!! Highly recommend stopping for a bag of cookies for sure!!!!!

  I've only had one experience here and it's been absolutely fantastic. The manager - Dave, went above and beyond to help us on our order. We needed to place a last minute order from out of state to be delivered to our friend near this Mrs. Field's location in Chicago. Dave was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process. He even wrote out a separate card with the custom message we gave him for our friend's occasion, and had this custom cookie cake made and delivered on time--all within two hours. Even the DoorDash delivery personnel they partner with are extremely helpful and polite. Overall 10/10 experience - if we're ever in town, we'll be sure to stop in for some fresh cookies. Thank you!

  I tried my hardest to leave a review on the actual website but I just couldn't figure it out. Kenya i believe her name is, was such a sweetheart and made the cookies nice and fresh for me. I love these cookies so much I just wish they were everywhere. Overall it completely reminds me of a Chick-fil-e establishment ,terrific quality, wonderful employees wonderful employee's that delivers A+ service, and the cherry on top is they're fast so no long hold up. Thank you.

  Outrageously fantastic! Manager went out of his way to do a custom cookie cake for a client last minute for us free hand and nailed it! I looked like a hero and can't thank him enough. He was a darling to work with and we'll use them over and over again. Nothing compares! Delicious, unique and the client was so impressed he even sent a photo out to our competitors
