  Lady is rude af every time I go there. I ask her what the difference type in the two glass pipes I was comparing and she said “there all glass”. From my understanding there are different glass pipes that change color as lots of heat is applied, ones that glow in the dark, others that are like double layered in glass to make it more durable in the hands of a clumsy one. Change the logo Mrs. Rudez

  I haven’t been in this store for years, but I will make this review anyways. The store is wonderful, the atmosphere has always been great and I fully stand behind the quality of the products. You can get anything in there from incense, posters, clothing, to hookahs, glassware, and papers. It’s well worth the visit for the experience that you won’t get anywhere else. Lisa and Beaner are good people. They were kind to me when I needed it most, and gave me advice that I never took, that I should have. During the time, I felt you had slighted me and I was angry, but it turned out that I was wrong; and you two were right to do what you did. I just want to say that I appreciate everything you two did for me, and I wish you both the best.

  My boyfriend and I go here all the time! We love it so much! I love the fact it's literally the same woman who works there all the time. It feels so homey inside lol. She has good prices and a wide selection of items!

  Don't know why they are getting so many negative reviews. It's probably from people who don't understand that Mrs. Coolz is not in it for the money but for the customer. I've been in here over 10 times bought a few nice glass pieces and gonna go in for a new one today!! I recommend this business to anyone who appreciates amazing quality pieces and nice pieces. Don't go in asking for something illegal when it says on the damn door!!!!! Keep up the fantastic work. SHOUT-OUT TO CHAMELEON GLASS!!
