  Deserve not even one star they should just close it down This place is trash always stinks and there money machine never work The one on Avenue J Maybe smaller but it’s a little bit better than this one piece of trash

  The place raises the prices on a weekly basis now after 5 years of doing laundry there they raise the price to $5 extra for same day cleaning. They used to have a lady that was really good named Kim and now she quit since then the place is terrible and nobody knows how to do a simple cleaning and I always mess stuff never going back there again: (

  They deserve big 0! Their dryers don't work. I been their customer for 2 years. Today happened something that really upsets me. I dried my stuff and again it.did not do the job. I asked Lady that works their if I can speak with the manager, her respond was that she dosent have his number, the only way they speak is him calling her. Seriously? Than she said that If im not happy, I should use different londromate. Becialy telling me to get out. Eventually she called her boss where his response was "she can do whatever she wants". Basic communication with their customer would be really apriciated. Dont expect it from them. Keep your money from this place, they dont care about you.

  I used to use this laundromat when I lived in Brooklyn. I always had bad experiences; they would dry clothing I specifically told them not to, as well as tell me my clothing will be ready for pickup at a certain time - I would arrive and they would either still be dirty or already washed but still wet and make me wait another full hour. I do not recommend this place.

  The African American lady who works Sunday nights is very rude. When I told her that their dryer machine is not working properly she said she didn't have time for this. I had put in 6 quarters and the clothes were still soaking wet and she starting getting upset and cursing. The situation was handled very unprofessionally. I have been using this laundromat for 3 years but never had encountered this incident. The staff before was very friendly and professional but now they hired new staff with no work ethics.
