  My first time eating a sandwich from here at the shop as a customer. Usually just a door dash driver but today I went in and customer service was great. The best part is when I ate the sandwich and I tell you 10/10. Better than. Subway! Will be returning.

  Best sandwich spot in East Bay! You can taste the quality in each bite, the freshness in the ingredients. Mr Pickles is better than Subway!

  The Dutch crunch was tasty but very hard. Picked the Mrs Pickle without the garlic sauce and really enjoyed it. It waa nice that the 2 sandwiches came with 2 cookies. Not sure I'll be back though.

  I came in with my daughter to buy 2 sandwiches there was a mistake made on my sandwich They didn't put no lettuce tomato pickles nothing I tried calling but they were so busy they couldn't answer I got there and told them what happened and explained that I will be late to work I have no time. The worker named Austin Originally made my sandwich Was super cool nice And rushed made me my sandwich correctly apologized I told him he didn't have to apologize And then proceeded to make me the best sandwich I've had in a long time I appreciate him he is a great worker I could have gotten super upset But he handled the situation awesome

  I come by here from time to time but have noticed that since the Pandemic the Sandwiches are a bit smaller. With that said I think they are trying to have a kind of flare to make up for that? Staff is competent, location is clean, and my food was fresh. They are way better than Subway that is for sure!
