  Excellent service and prices were better than large store chains. Joe was very patient and answered all questions regarding appliances, which were phenomenal prices and were delivered in 2 days. Very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend them.

  The Assistant Manager Roy was super helpful and made me a very happy customer!! I browsing for a 50" flat screen on P.C. Richard's website and noticed it was at a great price! I was going to order it to pick up in-store later on today. I go back on the website only a couple hours later and noticed the same model Tv went up $100 dollars in price. I was so upset because I was about to purchase it and now it was much more. So I called the store and spoke to a sales person (who at first was not very helpful) but then I spoke to Roy the Assistant manager and he heard that I was about to pick it up in-store and told me I can have the Tv for the same price as I originally saw!! Great customer service on his behalf and fast service! I will definitely be coming back for future purchases!
