  Mr. Electric’s initial visit didn’t square with what I thought was a fair price and like every other company they sent me a customer sat survey. I was honest and thought i’d never hear anything about it. I was wrong. A manager called me and we discussed what happened and they refunded a portion of the money within 15 minutes of our call. Then they sent a Master Electrician our to fix something that was overlooked and did that at no additional cost to me. I’m very impressed with the level of integrity this company showed me and how much they truly care about their customers. Will definitely call them the next time I need something done.

  I’m sure they have good technicians but I won’t ever know because of poor scheduling by scheduler. I was scheduled from 8:00-12:00 but she failed to tell me that they will not dispatch a technician, even though you have an appointment, unless you first answer her call saying they are dispatching. Twenty minutes after missing her call, I called her back but she had already she cancelled my appointment without notifying me. If you have an appointment, don’t step away from your phone! Very poor customer service. I won’t attempt to use them again.

  We have used Mr Electric on 5 occasions at our apartment complex. They have done an excellent job on each visit. Always prompt, professional, and proficient. Justin Witte has been our electrician each time we’ve used Mr Electric and his workmanship is top notch. We will definitely use Mr Electric again and be requesting Justin as our go to guy!

  I had a tech install an exhaust fan in our home. He installed the fan and everything works great. He left the bathroom cleaner than when he started. Very polite and professional. They did such a great job that I hired Mr. Electric to do some work at my mother's home. Again....great job!
