::We love the tea when they are open and can get it. The last 3 time we have gone they are never open as there posted hours state. Just left and it says they are open at 11am and it's 11:25 am. Definitely not worth the hassle of parking.

::Great bubble tea :) good location in the arcade and I really enjoyed their honeydew and coconut flavors. Maybe a little pricey at $5, but I think it's well worth it. Plus they're the only bubble tea place in downtown area that I know of. Check it out!
