::Technician was proficient and had a trainee with him and was showing him best practices. I trusted the diagnoses of my Bosch dishwasher for replacement unfortunately they aren't able to do new appliance installation or else I probably would have just had them do the whole job.

::STAY AWAY. IF I COULD ISSUE A LESSER GRADE I WOULD. Don't use this place. I had a part, that costs only 150 dollars, and wanted to charge me 350 dollars, on top of service and tax. This place will rip you off as much as possible. My washer costs 800, they wanted to charge 650 to repair it. You can do better with other appliance companies.

::As soon as I called I was greeted by a friendly person who arranged a repair visit right away. The repairman was friendly and knowledgeable and came when he said he would. The rate was great as well. Overall an excellent experience! I'd recommend them highly!
