::Gave an estimate to fix our dishwasher and then said it would be double that because we needed a second part. Very nice and professional but I wish they were more up front about other potential costs of the repair.

::When our washer had a problem- Mr. Appliance was the best! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Sent service quickly, did what they promised. Sent text and emails notifying me of appointment time and actually came within that time span. Plus service person called before he arrived.Donald was our appliance service person, we can't say enough good things about him. He was very nice, polite and professional in addition to being very knowledgeable. Had the problem diagnosed rather quickly but checked everything to make sure.I would definitely recommend Mr Appliance and Donald!!

::Just bought a new place with a bad refrigerator. Needed a repair and didn't know anyone in the area. Loved the confirmation with a picture of who would be showing up to help us. Very good idea for safety and security. Had a special request to be given an hour's notice so we could be there to meet him in a timely way. They gave us a two hour window at confirmation so I doubted they would call. Well he did, and I really appreciated it! Highly recommend their services.
