  10s 10s 10s across the board!!!! Great place to stay, excellent service and excellent staff, by far one of the best places in Seattle... also breakfast is so GOOD! thank you Sofia for a great experience!!

  We stayed here for our first visit to Seattle as we celebrated our 5th Anniversary. Amazing location! Regal home built in 1904. Walking distance to great food & drink & beautiful Volunteer Park. Bus stop right next door (we didn't even rent a car). Our hostess was fantastic! (And she was filling in... so mad props!!) She offered great suggestions, and $$ saving tips. Breakfast was yummy and fresh each day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

  Lovely place, relatively close to downtown. Tina the host was very friendly and made an excellent breakfast!

  We stayed for one night and we enjoyed it so much! Tina is very friendly and she gives you lots of privacy. She cooks awesome breakfast for us. Her dog, Acqualina is so cute and extremely friendly. She will even protect you if you are the shorter one in your group. We will definitely come back and recommend to friends!

  Nice owner. Good home-cooked breakfast. Parking free on street. Free wifi. TV is small. Next to nice small Volunteer Park and Bruce Lee's tomb. No work desk.
