::NOISY!!! but Lively I agree with the last reviewer, a lot of "managers" walking around with earpieces and not helpful at all! I had to interrupt their conversation to let them know that there was no more toilet paper in the restroom and I was dismissed like I had said something wrong. The place is in a great location the the people while slightly intoxicated were funny, entertaining and friendly. The food was just "okay" and once again I agree with another reviewer a little on the "pretentious" side. If you're a foodie you will appreciate the plating. If you are looking for a lively atmosphere, and good music in the background this is the place. It is a great uptown Dallas locale; in fact the McKinnley street area is host to various places to eat and people walking around...a must area to see...really beautiful.

::Great Canadian food! We tried the poutine for appetizer and it was delicious! I tried the loaded burger and the meat was cooked perfectly to medium and the sauce, bacon, mushrooms were all so tasty. I subbed the fries with a Caesars salad. The drinks were good and reasonably priced. I got the pomegranate mojito jug, good to split between 2 people. Missed the happy hour that went on until 6pm but will definitely be back. Parking was easy. Valet or self park in garage and the restaurant will validate it.

::My husband and I went to Moxie’s on Mother’s Day. I can’t say enough about our sweet waitress Hannah. She was awesome. The food and drinks were good. Our only issue were the 5 managers walking around with ear pieces and not helping the wait staff at all. We waited too long for our drinks. We didn’t have silverware or water either. At least one of these guys could have helped. The bus manager came to us and welcomed us back, shook my husbands hand and was just so kind. He should be running the place. The last straw was that I did not even get a flower for Mother’s Day that they were handing out(I’m 54). I have never written a bad review so this is how much these “managers” disappointed me!!! They didn’t even say hello.

::Moxie's was a wonderful experience. The flames and the fire were a big eye candy. The food is fairly priced. The alcohol drinks were delicious. I would definitely go back to Dallas just to eat at Moxie's.

::Food and service good. A bit Pretentious. The hostess was wandering around with a baby wallaby in a baby sling, but if you approached her she would reprimand you for scaring the thing. Definitely wouldn't let you pet it. If its so scared, here's a thought: Don't bring it to a noisy restaurant! Is that even allowed code wise? Waiter was awesome though. Food was fine...
