  I've reviewed this place before and given it a higher score but this time was a completely different experience. They have already lost a star from me because of the selection of food they offer is just one step above bar food. They lose another because the staff seems to hate being there... Even in the commercials they run for the place the actors can't manage passable enthusiasm. But this time they lost more stars because I recently had surgery on my foot and was forced to take a seat on the ground floor in the ADA compliant seating. Which I have done at other theatres that serve food and have never had a problem. But at this theatre they also use that walk way as a major thoroughfare for their servers, despite having two entrances for staff one on either side of the theatre so they could easily use the hallway outside the theatre. Instead my entire movie was ruined by people constantly walking in front of me. And remember... I HAVE to sit in these seats. The employees weren't even trying to hurry past us and a couple even paused right in front to watch for a couple seconds. It was despicable.

  Great place, always clean. The management is very attentive to customer service, our server was new and they were short handed. One question to a manager took care of it, immediately and service improvement was obvious! Great job!

  Movies are great to watch here. It is clean and the seats are comfortable. Food is not what it used to be. It's like they are trying to make the food too high brow but that is not their target consumer. The service is hit and miss. Sometimes you get a good server, sometimes you should have ordered at the bar before going in.

  I want so badly to give them place a good review. I have gone hear maybe a total of 4 times in the last 10 months. Every single time something goes wrong. On 2 separate occasions they seated us where the light up buttons didn't work. The food is not spectacular but decent when delivered in a timely matter and actually correct. This last time I asked for a manager. They had me speak to some guy why was a trainer from corporate. I explained why I was having an issue with the seating the lights lite up but no one ever came to assist us after several attempts of asking the workers coming in and out. The trainer from corporate said "Oh well". Seriously y'all need to level up.

  Judging by the comments this theatre was not in a good place 7 to 8 months ago. From my experience the company has made real efforts to correct itself. Smiles and great customer service from the ticket seller, bartender, ticket taker, and servers worked as a team running food and helping each others customers. One knock, food was average, not bad. Their recipe could use some tweaking. Because this is a kitchen based theatre I will take one star away because the food should be above average. Won't keep me from going back though. I can get amazing food anywhere in fort worth. A business full of younger employees who are polite, attentive, and do their job with a non sarcastic smile on their faces? Now that's something you don't see a lot around these parts anymore and me and my girlfriend really appreciated the professionalism.
