  It's been a little over 7 years and I'm still going strong thanks to mark and his team and Move U fitness. Like most people, I had a little weight I didn't mind losing and wanted to keep in shape as I got older. With Mark's assorted classes, there is always a class at the right time for me to break a sweat and achieve my goals. The classes are always different so your never bored of the workout. Mark is a genuine guy who truly cares about his customers often spending extra time to answer questions about proper nutrition habits etc...
