  New ownership is not very veteran friendly. Has less than desirable laundry facilities. Management has seriously questionable skills and no evidence of real estate management training. Management also has constant "throughout-the-day-and-night" short-term visitors who are not residents. I would NOT recommend this location for residential OR visitation purposes under any circumstances.

  A friend manages this place. I visited it. Lots of new improvements. Clean, attractive and a caring manager.

  A great place to live where neighbors look out for one another and the owner is local and cares about his tenants.He even pitches in does landscaping. How many owners do this?

  Best location. Best price. Quiet park. The 1 star review from Trancid is a disgruntled neighbor who was evicted.

  Super quiet neighbors. Very friendly! Owners are nice and proactive. On site manager strives to keep things up to date and ensure good residents live here. A neat place to live.
