  Keith actually told us he 'forgot' we were coming. As a seasoned Bed and Breakfast clients, both my husband and I were taken aback by this. Should your reservation be admittedly overlooked? Our room was either very cold, or after we mentioned so- overly heated. The whole 'behind the White Square' comment- well Keith- it wasn't necessary. And then again- you forgot we were coming and were surprised when you opened the door... I suppose we may have been subconsciously 'blacked out'. Touche. In the future I'd say don't judge everyone by your own cover. We loved Busboys and Poets. The staff did not treat us as if we had overlooked some silent rule of thumb.

  Very beautiful building, the rooms a spacious and cozy. The common area is really nice. Service is amazing, Keith is a really great host with answers to all possible eventualities. Really enjoyed my stay.

  Spacious rooms. Very pleasant hosts. Fun to have communal breakfast with other guests. 4 blocks from convention center subway...or pleasant walk to heart of city
