My 78 y.o. mother had to wait over 3 hours to be taken to ER, until I asked to speak with a nursing supervisor. ER was crowded, mom spent 6 hours having some tests done, and then was transferred to the floor. Only one nurse (luckily assigned to my mom) seemed to care and worked very hard. Other multiple staff members were walking, talking, laughing, did not seem to be in any hurry. My mom was asked by about 20 different people (not an exaggeration) what is her name, only to be told she was not the one they were looking for. It was a disaster.

I walked into a empty waiting room. Took about an hour and half just to get Triaged and when I was being triaged it was by a student who was learning. There was not one nurse to se seen. Security wasn’t even present to ask questions for help. The bathrooms were filthy as well. When being brought back to what looked like a morgue there were plenty of doctors, nurses and Pa’s standing around laughing and eating chips. I have a broken foot. I was in extreme agony and needed to just lay down. Instead I was stuck in a corner in pain right under neath and A/C duct so I was in pain terrified and then freezing. The whole staff was rude in adequate and should all have there professional licenses removed. I guess if you wanna die the ER on Kings Highway will def help you die faster. I’m seeking a lawyer.

Do not come here if you have sickle cell anemia. They will treat you like a junkie, and make you sit in agony for hours before even giving you an IV. I was discharged while still experiencing chest pains, knowing that I didn't have any transportation home, and had to walk.

Horrible customer service. It's been 6 hours seen we've been here. They sound like it's gonna be very quick, but its not. The nurse "Amanda" she couldn't even take blood from visible vein, from two different places. I had to tell her nicely to call somebody else who could do it properly, she was so upset and then responded unprofessionaly rude. Since then she is ignoring us till now. We came at 8:20pm and now it's 2:40am

The ED is Very well run. staff are caring and go above and beyond for your care. I would go there if I had an emergency and I recommend it to others as well.
