::How these people can still be in business is beyond me. The doctors show their disrespect towards their patients by being one or two hours late to their morning appointments. The receptionists are rude. I understand they are over worked and underpaid, but really? Why do people with insurance -and anyone- have to pay the consequences? The only reason I wanted to go to this place was to support local business. However, this type of owners are the ones who make me always go to Manhattan hospitals. WHY? and other than the BBB, can i complain to anyone else?
