::Actually it's a nice, quiet place. I love my neighbors immensely. I was not very impressed with the previous owners. She was very rude, inconsiderate & did nothing to make this park inviting. Never a hello or any type of recognition, even when I greeted them. She would drive around the park, looking for things to nit pick the residents about. The only time she would speak was to confront something that didn't suit her. I always felt like every move I made was being charted. I'm glad they are gone. New owners took over on the first, I pray they are more receptive to the residents & treat us like humans, not prisoners!

::It's a homely place for retirement .lot Rent is amazingly Low..you can pay cash for mobile home and monthly rent only 430 monthly
