  Pretty busy and worn trails. Lots of side trails that can confuse people. All in all, a nice hike despite all the graffiti.

  Says level 7 in hikethehudsonvalley web but felt it was more difficult (probably because of the distance and weather). Crowded, and the sights (overlook and firetower) are littered and full of graffiti (ruins the actually beauty). Urging all to be responsible and to respect nature.

  This was an excellent hike, and relatively easy. We did 2 miles round trip, and we strolled at an hour and a half.

  Awesome hiking with well marked and maintained trails. Beacon takes alot of pride in their area and it shows. This is an easy hike perfect for kids and those looking for something a little easier. If you're looking for more of a challange, try Breakneck

  Excellent place to relax and exercise. Also good place to get in touch with nature. Breathtaking views of the Hudson Valley. In a clear day you can see the Manhattan skyline.
