  Karolyn was very helpful & will definitely be coming back. They have the best selection compared to Southlake/Grapevine.

  I enjoying coming to this location because it's fairly easy to get in and out of and the staff is . However, my experience today was not pleasant. I understand that it is the holiday season and everyone is in a mad dash to get their last minute gifts, but I honestly feel that the staff was extremely overwhelmed. I came in to make a return and waited for at least 10 minutes for the clerk to checkout 2 people. When I finally made it ro the front she didn't seem to understand how to do a return and left me standing there for about another 10-15 minutes as she repeatedly scans my items rather than stopping you ask questions. It's a busy time of year and you need seasoned clerks working the checkout in order to speed things up.

  The employees here are always super friendly and honor my coupons before they officially begin.
