  I needed help finding a new suitcase. The desk clerk used her phone to find a Wal-Mart department store for me. She also help by getting information about public transportation. The room was clean temperature comfortable. YES I would recommend this motel 6.

  The staff was really good and friendly but the room however was not. The mirror was cracked and their was a missing light cover not to mention the door was extremely hard to close. The toilet seat was broken. The location was pretty shady and I didn't feel safe even in my own room.

  Room is clean and presentable! But it's smell cigarette even though I reserve the non-smoking room! Overall let say good!

  This Motel 6 has Great customer service from every department housekeeping, front desk, and security. I would stay there again and the location is perfect! Very chill and laid back. Everything was awesome!!

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would!! BED BUGS!!! I couldn't believe it- what a terrible experience. To start off let me just say what a terrible part of town this is in- security cameras everywhere and security that patrols 24/7- not a good sign. I showed up at 3 pm(when check in starts) to check in and service was extremely slow (told no rooms were ready yet- could see housekeeping starting)- first person in line and it took 35 minutes to get a room key for which I was told that it wouldn't be ready for another 15 minutes because I needed a downstairs room (notified them of this on reservation) for a disabled guest (no elevator available), and because we had a show to be at by 4pm we took the key and left without seeing the room. We didn't get back until after 10 pm and found the room was on the end of the property next to a bar that was playing live rap music so loud it was like it was in the next room (great when you don't have to get up in 6 hours!). Called the desk and asked for another room due to the noise but was told none were available. Then in the bathroom was greeted by a beetle climbing the walls (at least I hope it was a beetle), I could smell the pot smoke coming through the door of the adjoining room despite being a smoke free building. When getting ready for bed I noticed things on the blanket and shook off mouse poop(cleaned room?), but that wasn't the worst part- when I pulled the blankets back there were BED BUGS!!! GROSS!!!! I grabbed one that I could in tissue and put it in one of the cup wrappers. Called the office and the receptionist was SO rude! Asked if I was the one that complained about the loud music?- like I was making up something else to complain about! Suddenly then she had another room available and "would I like to switch?" ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? We didn't stay another minute! Ended up leaving just before midnight in search of another room, and I left the bed bug in the bag on the office counter.
