  I'd the worst experience this day. I've experienced for the first time a non working phone and toilet. In addition to the broken bar or rack over the toilet. I'd always had good experiences here just hope that I'll never experience days without a working phone again. The toilet not working was a bit problem too and that's because I'd clogged the toilet.

  The staff was available to help me in a timely manner, which was good, because the night I checked in, I also checked out. There were cockroaches and other bugs in the two rooms I was given. The second room being in a different building from the first, provided to me after the first complaint of cockroaches. The staff was quick and efficient in checking me out and giving me a refund.

  It's not the best area but is gated. The service staff where attentive & nice the first two days we stayed there, after that we have to ask for things for our own, but the guy was still around when we look for him, always with a smile. The price is great.

  The room is decent for the price. It was clean, the staff was polite and the bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that you have to watch the charges to your card. I booked more than 1 room. My receipt says one price but my card was billed just over $20 more. I disputed the charge and later that day when we returned to our rooms, all of our door cards had all been deactivated. The same person that overcharged me the day before was working the desk when we got locked out. When I inquired as to why all of our cards no longer worked, she claimed that they all must've been near a magnetic source and were "all accidentally deactivated". Three different door cards, carried by 3 separate people, under the same reservation were all accidentally deactivated by a unknown magnetic source? I'm not buying it. If you stay here, check your credit card charges.

  I had a very nice experience here. Is it the Ritz Carlton. No. But the room was quite nice. I didn't have any smoke or other odor. And after an emotionally trying day. The staff where wonderfully kind and compassionate. That was amazingly appreciated. Thank you everyone for a very pleasant stay.
