::I've eaten here several previous times, but it had been a while. My wife offered to take me to dinner, for my birthday, and I'm so glad I chose Mot Hai Ba. Everything was perfectly cooked, excellently flavored, and we couldn't have asked for better service (sat at the bar). You really can't go wrong here.

::We went there for it was rated one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Dallas. It's definitely NOT! This is the WORST Vietnamese food I had ever tasted. The broth was dark and tasted like SALT + WATER. I was shocked to see fried dough served with PHO. It is definitely not authentic Vietnamese food. The only good thing is that they give a lot of herb. Also the décor was nice. If you want authentic Vietnamese food, try somewhere else.

::Giving it a one star because this is not Vietnamese food plus the food was over cooked and everything was drowned in lemongrass. FYI, you have to order carbs on the side.... The garlic noodles was the only thing I liked. Oh and don’t be fooled by the 48 hour simmered pho broth, it’s not good. Perhaps westerners that aren’t seeking authentic Vietnamese flavors would enjoy the food.

::Very intimate cozy place with a creative menu and awesome flavors. Service was good. Notice. This place is very, very small. Not a place to have drop discussions or first dates because you are literally sitting on each other's laps. But great for friends. Make a reservation as this place gets packed.

::One of the BEST meals I've had. The Shaking Beef is absolutely delicious!! And the garlic noodles!! Appetizers were great as well. It's a small atmosphere but when we called for a reservation for 8 they were more than willing to work with us and set up a nice table on the patio. I can't wait to go back!!
