  Grand Master Morris is remarkably gifted in his art. An articulate and perspicacious instructor of his own style of self-defense, he taught me how to avoid conflict and, when a last option, how to protect myself against violent attackers. Shizen-Na ("Natural") is an amalgam style. Grand Master (9th Degree Black Belt) Morris is both humble and wise.
