  I wanted an arrangement for my daughters guidance counselor. I called and they stated if they would like for them to start one and what was my budget? what I received was much more than I expected. An artwork. Beautiful arrangement to say thank you!!! will be back!!!

  Morningside did our flowers for our wedding this past August 26. We met with Brian several times and he did the sample arrangement for us a few weeks before the wedding. After that we dealt with Tara for the rest of the time. Tara was great and was very patient and understanding. When Tara sent the itemized bill I️ asked about the larkspurs and branches that were supposed to come out of the top. She said that the larkspurs were not noted however she would add them and they would be in the centerpieces along with the branches coming from the top. Long story short, the centerpieces were missing the larkspurs and branches coming out of the top. I️ emailed Morningside about a week after the wedding to let them know I was disappointed that 2 things were missing from the centerpieces even after sending pictures of the sample made for us. My email was never returned and no one called to explain what happened. At the end of the day the centerpieces were still beautiful as were the bouquets. However, I️ believe when you spend $3,000 on flowers I️t should be what was discussed and printed on the contract. Had Morningside simply called and explained what happened I️ would have felt better and used them in the future.

  Very friendly staff. I didnt buy anything because I just stopped by for advice about a plant and they were super helpful and sweet. When I do buy flowers, I will certainly come here for the great service! And my plant is doing very well thanks to their advice!

  I ordered flowers on-line via their website for a sick friend coming home from the hospital. I chose them because their business is in the same town, making delivery quick & easy, and I paid extra ($70) for next-day delivery. The flowers never arrived. I call them 4 DAYS later, and their excuse was their computers were down. They promised a full refund. Guess what? My credit card statement just arrived, and there is NO REFUND. Opened a billing dispute with my card, and they issued an immediate refund to me (yay credit card company!), and they will try and get the greenhouse to reimburse them. UPDATE: The response below is INCORRECT. It WAS Morningside Greenhouse I dealt with. Phone records and my credit card statement PROVE it.

  I've always gone to Morningside to get my flowers, and they have always been very friendly and helpful. I recently got engaged and can't wait to use them for the wedding.
