  I cannot say enough how amazing my private birthday yoga class was! Nancy helped me out so much when some of my friends were not able to sign up for one class. Rose was so knowledgeable and lead a class that was so relaxing! I recommend this studio to all!

  Very private setting and you get the individual attention you need. Its definitely worth it. Your body feels super relaxed afterwards. Yoga instructor Nancy is awesome!

  I searched high and low for a studio like Moonflower before beginning my practice! The personal attention and care given by the owner, Nancy, and her teachers is a rarity! The small class size assures you will be gently guided to the correct positions and adaptations. This is critical for safety and growth in one's practice. The warmth and support of the people that practice at Moonflower has been an unexpected gift! So many special people find their way to Moonflower's door- and once exposed to everything that makes it unique-they can't help but stay! The workshops and social events offered give us all another way to grow and find the light. What a joy to be surrounded by so many wonderful women on the journey! Thank you, Moonflower, for being SO much more than just a place to take yoga !

  I have been taking classes here for the last 4 years and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I am much stronger, more flexible, and more at ease thanks to Nancy and her wonderful studio. She's created a wonderful community with something for everyone. The classes are great and varied and there are wonderful workshops on lots of different subjects. There's a knitting club and a book club, too!

  Welcoming, supportive, uplifting, and energizing! This is not only an amazing place to practice yoga, it's an amazing place to grow. Classes are small and there is a real personal presence as we stretch, strengthen, move, and breathe together. Great for beginners, and more advanced. I was introduced to so many other healing arts and practices here: meditation, tai chi, chanting, crystals, guest speakers, reiki, and many more. It's a warm community, and a rare gem.
